Step away from the scales!!

Ive asked hubby to hide the scales in the garage today.. I'm becoming obsessed. I wont go in the garage as I'm scared of spiders so they are well and truly out of my reach now. He can give me them back Sunday evening for a Monday morning weigh in, then back to the garage they go. It was a wrench but had to be done :wave_cry: x

I know how you feel, I'm pre-op but have been on the scales 3 times already this morning!!! Every time I do I get heavier!!!
