Steroids, any bypasser's taking them?

I've been on Steroids for over 2 years. They are one of the contributers to me gaining the 9st I lost on a VLCD plus more :(.

Steroids affect my appetite when I'm on about 15mg or more.

They have been slowly reduced from 60mg to 5mg. The dr's are not sure if I'll ever be off them completly because my eye conditions (scleritis) keeps reoccuring.

I just wondered if anyone else was on steroids and how they affected your weight loss.

I would love to know this too. I am on steroids often due to my Lupus.
