Hi J-Mo, No I've really just read posts on this website and took it from there. I've been having a glass of milk and banana for my breakfast, a nectarine & veg oxo about 11am, bag of steam fresh veg, a muller light yoghurt and a glass of milk for my dinner about 1pm, another piece of fruit on an afternoon about 3pm, a hard boiled egg and salad and another glass of milk for my tea and later while I'm watching the soaps a bowl of sugar free jelly. it's working well for me, I think it's because I'm not craving because I'm not eating carbs. I don't think I will be able to eat everything when I have to do the proper liver shrinking diet but we'll see. It's a good kick start to a diet I've lost 9.5 lb since Wed Hope this helps, Karen x
