I am feeling so depressed. It's now 10 days since I have lost any weight! I put the scales away and when I got them out today for a weigh-in I just couldn't believe it! I nearly cried. What am I doing wrong????
I have half weetabix for breakfast and home made soup for lunch and dinner. I drink as much as I can fit in each 30 min side of my meals! Keep telling myself to be patient, but this is ridiculous. Any advice please?:cry:
