Still swollen after 4 weeks??

I am still very swollen slightly under my breasts. It feels hard and is uncomfortable. I'm not in any pain or anything, just wondering if anyone else like this and should I go docs??

I'm.three weeks out and a couple of my sites are still tender and feel a little hard where there is still swelling, its a big op with lots of rummaging about but if it will put your mind at ease see your go. ... I just keep thinking how long a bruise can last with me ans thinking yup still early days lol xx
