Struggling at the moment.

I need to lose 5 llb for myself no one else, before I see the surgeon next Thursday.

Its not shifting with being good on my food intake and exercise, so Im thinking of doing the milk diet for a few days.

Can you see any negatives in me doing this, I can only see positives at the moment.
 
PG please dont take offence but i think your being extremely silly.... What difference does 5lb make for next week. You can hardly eat anything anyway, the milk diet is not for weight loss it is for liver shrinking....

Keep on your eating plan, aim for high protein and try and avoid the carbs and you'll get the results you need.

Stop putting the pressure on yourself, sit back and enjoy the ride.... xx
 
when you see the surgeon next week and he asks you to lose 10lb, you really going to struggle because you've lost the 5lb so fast with been on the milk diet, please don't beat your self up over the 5lb, its better to maintain the weight loss than crash diet lose 5lb and then put 10lb on by next week. slowly slowly wins the race.xx
