struggling

hi i have just realized i wont goet my op date as i need to lose astone before 16th april and struggling feel so sad and ive let myself down any advice welcome please x:cry:
 
Have you started the pre op diet?

If not then do so.

Mine was high protein low carbs.

Cut out all carbs such as potoatos, rice, bread etc and my allowance was 4 eggs a day, an egg cup of milk, tea/coffee without sugar, no added sugar cordial, water, 2 pieces of white fish or chicken a day, three pieces of fruit a day and green veg.

I've lost 8lbs (Just over half a stone) in 7 days. I'm sure if you start now then you can loose a stone by the 16th

oh thank you i will try this i have not been given a pre op diet yet was suppost to be getting date but only if i lose the stone if not i have to wait another 3 MONTHS DONT THINK I CAN I HAVE GOT MY HHEAD AS TO GETTING IT DONE JUST FRUSTRATED BUT I WILL TRY THIS THANK YOU X

Stay hydrated and don't cheat, no matter how weird your cravings get. It's hard, i'm not gonna lie. But if it means loosing that stone then you can do it.

Hi, I did a similar preop with no carbs. I had no milk, only one peice of fish or chicken for lunch and two eggs for dinner with lots of green salad. No sauces. Lost just over one stone in two weeks. I found that sipping away at NAS squash drinks really took the edge off and kept me feeling relatively satisfied. If you can chuck in a 30 min walk, it will do wonders. All the best!

hi i started diet yesterday im doping good dont even feel hungry can i drink no added sugar juice im doing ok on water and black tea is better than i thought i am walikng about an hour 3 times a week but going to try doing it most days\. thankyou for your support it is really appreciated from you both > i hope your op goes well and look forward to hearing from you love paula x
 
Well done ladies getting Paula back on track you can do it if you get it in to your head Paula. You can do anything you want if your in the right mind set go get it girlxx hope you get your date keep posting with news xx
 
i will i hope thanks for support started the diet above egg chicken and veg nothing else passed my lips dont feel hungry neither so fingers crossed your help is gratefully appreciated x x
 
If you do feel the need to binge, no added sugar jelly is the way to go as the calories are negligable
