Struggling

Went on Hols last week, and had a fab time, but had put on 3 before and 2 during total if 5lb on!!!! Don't know where gain before came from, thought it was PMT but that never turned upb(not unusual as cycle is anywhere 2 - 8 weeks) and on Hols I walked and walked and walked.

Feeling very down and demotived. Can't seem to pass a day without 'a little' something.

Going for a fill on Monday so hoping that helps the evening munchies which have set in.

Please don't condem me and slate me as I have seen before ..... Asking for help support and advice on how to re focus. As feeling crap enough about it all at mo.

Oh honey, sending you lots of hugs. Once little treats become habits it becomes really hard to get your head back into it, doesn't it?
Is there any way you can get the treats away from you, so they're not easily accessible? I live alone so it's easy to banish them, but I appreciate it can be difficult if you have family. The harder you make it to get your hands on things you don't really want to eat, the less likely you are to succumb out of boredom or emotion.
You have a fill next week - would you consider taking a few more days on liquids and on mush as a sort of fresh start, breaking the habits that have set in and drawing a line under your holiday?

Yes treats around for kids (as had holiday first time Eva without them)

Scales show -2lb this morning so feeling tad more positive.

Yes, that's just what I thought next week. 5days liquid/mush instead of 2 will break the habits again.

Awwwww no one should have the right to condemn you Hun, we are all not saints we all do things that we should not..You are not here to be judged you are here to be helped and supported xxxx
 
Dont feel down, we have all done it. I seemed to eat anything that was crap in sight 2 weeks ago. We all go though it but sarahrobs suggestion of a few more days of liquid is a great idea.
My friend said to me yesterday "you didnt put this weight on in a few months and you cant expect it to come off in a few months" its so true and everyone slips up now and again. It was a holiday and now your home it will take a little time to get back to it. Have a stock up of healthier snacks. I bought some ww carrot cake bars and special k chrisps. Not ideal but was better than the huge slice of victoria sponge I had my eye on!!

Felt much more in control today! Ignored all cakes sweets and crisps at work :)
Sat and ate lunch and chewed well and stopped when full instead if keeping going.

Can and will do this xxx

good to see your feeling better! Have you managed to get a bulk of that 5lb gone now? im the same once i allow myself somethig small its really hard to stop! no ones a saint 100% of the time. I cant see wy anyone would condem you for it, youve had a wobble so will all of us on this journey x x

Definately not Hun! Every day you have to battle through it but knowing my goal and seeing the scales go down make me determined x x x
 
Yes me too. Have another intrim goal for Xmas to focus on. Hols knocked me... Was soooo focused.
How huch have you lost / to lose Hun ?
 
life is full of up and down this is just one of them so don't beat yourself up hunny just brush yourself off and re set your clock. good luck
 
I've lost 2 stone 2lbs at last weigh in. I still have about 5 stone to lose but it feels so much better to write that down than 7 stone x
