My weight will not shift into the 12's!
I think I know why, but it don't help much. I did expect a greater loss than I had this week due to 2 gym sessions last week, one of them I actually ran a mile in ten minutes! Never in my adult life have I ran futher than for an approaching bus! But alas my eating has been shoddy.Busy days where I have been out of the house all day and had to deal with finding something to eat on the go and a lot of stress with uni deadline and then my Mum suffered a suspected heart attack over the weekend!
All is staying steady at the moment and I will try and focus more on food intake this week. I WILL get into that 12 stone bracket next week.
Rant over ... xx:):)

You're doing great hunni , but this is about life long term & things are often thrown at us to challenge us , this had been one of those times . The thing is you have recognised what is happening to cause a slow down on weight loss , so now you can address it & carry on xx

Cheers me dears. We are never happy are we! :D xx

You'll make it next week mate-the weight's dropping off you ! well done
xx

It would be fab to get to 12st 12 as it will mean an overall loss of 5 stone and only 2 more to go!!! :D. Think I may need to revert back to fluid for a few days though as everything I have eaten these past few days has made me feel really sick and bloated. I have never thrown up since surgery as somehow I still have a really strong stomach, but I think it would be easier if I could! xxx

Ur doin great well dun ;)
