Stupid me has had a kitkat.

:cry:How can I have been so stupid and what was I thinking? I have just had a whole 4 finger kitkat. It was the talking about easter eggs that got me going:cry:I am supposed to be on the slushy stage, if my fella finds out he will do his nut and I am feeling so ashamed........................
 
Prinny its too late to worry now you have done it, mark it up to experience and put it behind you as you cannot undo it...xx
 
awww prinny dont beat yrself up u have done so well and i takes time to train the brain i keep looking in the fridge i have a serious munchies today and its killing me... and the easter eggs on my fridge are calling me to...put the hick up down to temptation...
 
I am paying for it now..........it kinda feels a bit wedged :( which is a good thing but I am soooooooo mad I feel like slapping myself. Thanks for the advice though girls I will try and move on as soon as my Kitkat does!

dont worry about it we are after all only human, most ppl have the odd thing thats not allowed, just see it as a 1 off treat and move on.

dont beat yourself up hun we have all done it i ate half a lowfat cheesecake over weekend me bad!! if i eat anything i shouldnt i make sure i walk extra quickly and go further the next day to make up for it

Lol :D is that all you've had thats bad ?.......let me list the bad stuff i've eaten this weekend, no maybe not you might be shocked.:eek:
Oh and dont worry, the chocolate will have melted to a loose slurry by the time it reaches your stomach, forget it and move on and be good tomorrow !
 
Its only 244 calories, if you go for a 45 minute brisk walk (3mph) you will burn that off...so if it ever happens again, don't feel guilty, just get up and go for a walk....

Its what I do :D

Ooh, titter ye not missus! :)

I've been naughty too having choccie, and ice-cream, and erm, stuff. but I always pay for it if it's got too much sugar in it as I get very bad wind from the carbs and HUGE sugar rush type symptoms. Dark choccie is ok tho as it has hardly any sugar in and a bit of that isn't "that bad" for you heh.

But we all live and learn eh?

But beating yourself up over it isn't the way, you've started your new life (as have we all) so go on with living it :D
 
I just wanted to add, That we all have to remember that its not a diet but a life long change, so having something what we fancy is ok, we can't be expected NOt to eat something we fancy once in a while, Thats how I look at it anyways.

There is NOTHING wrong with the ocassional treat! so don't be upset. forgive yourself and say next time i will do something to compensate for the extra calories or set yourself targets and use things like it for the ocassional reward
