I used that in my Xmas pud & cake instead of golden syrup or treacle. I also used Splenda instead of sugar for every ounce of sugar use 1 tablespoon of Splenda it's great. I used it instead of sugar even in the marzipan which was so much less sweet than usual so I could indulge in a little cake without the dumping.
Did the same last night with a homemade apple crumble 4tablespoons of Splenda I stead of 4oz of sugar beautiful just enough to take the sourness of the cooking apples away without being sickly sweet.
