i've been absolutely fine with options hot choc and even normal drinking chocolate with a sweetener added.
I dont' appear to dump though.

How about a milky coffee with just a sprinkle of choc powder on top? That's quite yummy.

Sounds good yorkigirl I will give that a try I'm so terrified of that dumping malarkey! Def don't wanna be doing that I'm playing it very safe just now but my palate needs a change x

I personal am ok on options made with frothy milk and open another sachet to do sprinkles on the top... lush might have to go make one xxxx

I ventured out to Costco today with Hubby and bought a big tub of Options so I can have hot choc!
