Chuffed - 8months to go to op!
CHUFFED!! Came back from Lanzarote Mon and had to get weighed at Sunderland today to demonstrate a 10lb weightloss in order to get on the surgery list. I lost 16lb! I have never eaten so healthily on an all inclusive and I didnt touch lager. I was paraniod about not achieving my weightloss. Must say I have eaten like a pig tonight but back on diet tomorrow. Really chuffed that I managed to loose 2lb on the all inclusive and still had a nice time. 8months to my sleeve and counting down!! :8855:

hi well done you i no what its like going all inclusive its hard so you must have shown some willpower i lost a stone from the seminar to nurse weigh and kept it off for the doctor app then had to have the camra down everythin ok so put straight on the list. i have been on the list now 2 half month was told waiting list was 6 months so counting the weeks x
