SUPPORT GROUPS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

hi everyone. I have been looking into support groups in my area. I have found 2, one in shoreham and one in goring by sea. does anyone out there go to either of these group???. Is it worth the money?, what do they do there?.
