Surgery Abroad???

Hi All,

After reading the forums for months and months, I am seriously considering WLS abroad.

I have been referred to Heartlands hospital in Birmingham and have my first consultation this week. But I have read that tier 3 can take a long time, then the waiting list for surgery can be even longer!

After reading other stories online, I am considering Belgium Surgery services. Does anybody have any experience, recommendations, tips for going abroad?

I'm in Spain but I actually live here. I've been here for over 25 years. I'm having the surgery done in Reus hospital. 8 days to go!
