Surgery and INR

Good grief, 6 more sleeps and I'm so nervous now! I hope they manage to get my INR right or surgery wont go ahead...............I really dislike Warfarin LOL

I take warfarin, havent they asked you to cut it out 5 days prior to your op and given u injections to give to yourself.

My inr was 1.2 on the morning of the op, with my safe zone is 2-3.

Then I has clexane injections again 5 days post op.
