Surgery date

Hi, Just to let you know I got my surgery date of 14th July. I was excited and scared all at once! But so relieved too. Life has to change because its passing me by. My son came back from holidaying to California with his girlfriend and the photos were fantastic but all I kept thinking was ' I couldn't have done that/gone there/ walked that far...etc.etc. This is no way to live your life, always having to consider your weight and its effect on what your doing. At least I CAN change it..so I'm fortunate.

Great news, I know exactly what you mean about our body shape dictating what we do and don't do. Life is far too short and we have all missed out on so much.
