Surgery in the morning!!

I have my sleeve booked first thing in the morning, am trying not to think about it, but no doing a great job otherwise I would be asleep ! Any tips anyone ?

just relax, do what i am doing. just think of it as the solution you have been searching for for your entire life, now that you have finally got it. It will be life changing and amazing, everything will be worth it.

Had surgery first thing this morning
Felt really happy when they brought me round, having a very tearful hour now though, is that normal?
