I have just been browsing the book Eating Well after Weight Loss Surgery and it mentions either Sweet n Low or Splenda as sweeteners. Are we OK to use these, or do they have the same effect as sugar, i.e. dumping?
I use any of the tablet type ones in hot drinks and for my weetabix I use the morrisons own brand granulated sweetner or the splenda ones, never had any problem with any of them
