Swelling

I'm now 12 days post op from my band and feeling almost back to normal - how long is it normally before the swelling from the op goes. Wounds have healed lovely but under biggest one where port is I have a pouch of swolleness and can be quite tender when I bend x

My internal swelling was 5 weeks, but my scars were quite nice within 4 days. I've had one of them opened up for a second procedure but within a week it was looking good again.

it was in the middle of weeks 1-2 that I noticed that the swelling and bloated/filled with air feeling really got better ~ hopefully it will not be long for you! x
