Techie Help Please

Beneath my name I have a red box with a message saying "not updated in 88 day, please update" when I click on it the link doesn't work. Could someone tell me what it is that I have to update and where I go to do it?

check your signiture section, looks as if its from there

It could be from a ticker that you have not updated if you go into your signature then you should be able to delete it from there.

Yep went into Edit Signature and deleted it Many thnx for your help, much appreciated.
