Well I've discovered I can't have their tomato and basil soup.

Was at my cousins for lunch today and what went down has come back up. Strangely though I feel so much better for it, I've lost that horrible taste from my mouth.

Oh well we live and learn

Going to have a cuppa now and make the boys tea

Sometimes even the innocent looking things either have hidden fats that don't agree with us or sugars or it's just something our pouches don't like.
Tomato soup of any sort can be a bit dodgy as tomatoes are naturally sweet & acidic & they add extra sugar to mask the acid, they tend to use oil in some soups to so its a case of read the labels & be prepared for possible rejection.
I appreciate you were out & about but whilst nice there's not much protein in the basic veg based soups unless they have lentils, beans or meat in.

I am becoming well versed in my pouch rejecting food now. Its defo a learning curve x

oh are you fuffs i never knew i have been quite lucky in that way, but also nanny og and fuffs if something doesnt agree with you one day i have found you can tollirate it the next couple of days later. i also always read the lables and try for high protine low fat low suger items. xxxxx

Defo Lynda. Today I tried scrambled egg in the morning. That came up part way through.

Then my dinner that stayed down fine earlier, I had a little later on (as I am suppose to have 6 small meals a day). That came up only part way into it soon. Not good at all lol
