I need calories since becoming intolerant to milk so have just tested orange juice, with juicy bits in. Hoping to add some soy protein to it tomorrow as am struggling to get calories and protein in.
I found apple juice worked well for me, but I have to water it down as I was told it could damage my stomach because of it's acidity. Don't know how soy protein would be in it though!
As for the wind......I'm like a wind machine at the moment I have to time getting up from my chair in work with when the phones going...just incase :8855:
