Can someone help me? I know that textured foods fill the band up. Fruit & Veg are textured but do you class meat,fish, cheese as texured? Just trying to get my head round how to make the band work best for me x
would class veg, ryvita/crispbreads, meat, fish, pasta, cous cous as textured cheese a bit sloppy i guess. Hope this helps. Ask ur dietician for some meal suggestions xx
