Fry light
4 chicken breasts or cubes or minced turkey
4 spring onions
2tsp lazy garlic
2tsp lazy chilles
Handful of fresh coriander
Inch of ginger
1tsp salt
2tsp green curry paste
Place all ingredients in a food mixer and blitz. Take a handful and shape into a round flat burger shape. Spray pan with fry light cook on either side for 5 mins and then bake in oven until cooked make sure they don't dry out.
