I noticed they keep plugging the biggest loser club during the show. It costs £15 a month which sounds a lot. Has anyone joined it? Or tried their meal replacement shakes?
This is mere speculation on my part and is in no way fact, but I think the reason why the participants are losing so much weight is because they are expected to live of shakes the majority of the time while being in the gym all day.
I enjoy protein shakes, but I'm done with meal replacement shakes/diets (Cambridge diet et al) if I can possibly help it
I don't know how you can possibly do that sort of exercise whilst on shakes. In fact when I was doing lighter life they reccommended no strenuous exercise because we'd be knackered.
