the first hurdle

Hi all I am 21 and just had my psychology appointment at sunderland today, I didnt get the news I was hoping for and find myself feeling dumbfounded and a little bewildered by it all, mr wells seems too think WLS is not for me and I need psychological help and a balloon, anyone else been in a similar situation?

Hiya, I cant really say, Dr wells was a bit of a peculiar character and I couldnt read between the lines.. all I did actually make out was that he thinks I need to repair all the pitfalls in my life and then I will loose weight through being happy - so nothing constructive really considering i suffer from depression and im 24stone, so i dont really feel like im any further except that the plans I did have are now no good

I really dont know since seminar ive been counting down the days till now, I lost my target weight straight away and everything, he said to me my next appointment would be come in the post, so now its just a waiting game I guess.
