The hair mare !!!

Had a hair mare, loosing hair as well as weight, I wanted to do a miley and chop it off but my hairdresser said she couldn't do it to the good hair I have so we opted for a good chop, we r discussing colour to give it a rest from the bleach :cry:and trying new masks and shampoos out too, she mentioned sea kelp as well as a benefit but she said it will grow back and we just have to take extra care with it in the mean time Phewww. At present it just seems to have a general thinning all over and mainly at the front so we r working with what we have and hope for the best :D x

Same happened to me hence loosing my 11 years blonde.. But my hair is so much healthier and thicker now.. And I love being dark.

Good luck xx

Me too. I'm four months post-bypass. It started a few weeks ago and is starting to show now. I've been washing it very little, and using a Tangle Teaser type brush rather than a normal comb. Am also taking in more protein as being veggie with allergy to dairy it's a struggle getting enough through normal food. My provider has put me on protein powder - just add it to drinks and when cooking. Fingers crossed x

Awwww hun it does grow back and like lilac says the less messing about with it the better at least that's what I have found. Upping the protein and getting it cropped certainly helped mine ;)

Defiantly up the protein and take Vitamins to help :)
(If you can)
