Anyone got any experiences they can share with me regarding this private provider!!!!!

Only that I rang them before I decided who to go with, they promised to send an info pack but didnt then kep ringing me - very annoying.

I didnt end up going with them though, a few people on here have had bad experiences with them and others good.

Although I didnt have him as my surgeon I see you have Mr Super listed as yours, he has a very good reputation - private and NHS.

i aint gonna get into this 1, if its a band dont bother there after care is naff, im sure some of there patients be along soon to explain x

I have the highest praise for the Hospital Group - i went to Dolan Park in Birmingham (3 weeks ago) and had my band fitted by Mr Super. The after-care so far (early days!) has been excellent and faultless. I know they used to offer a package without after-care so you had to pay for each additional fill/appointment etc. The girl who i was contacted by (Judith, prompt and efficient) said they no longer offered this option as they had a lot of problems.

I have been kept up to speed all the way, the information i was given is appropriate and easy to read, the surgeon was brilliant - no pain (not one pain killer) little scarring and excellent care in hospital when i wasn't very well due to after effects of anaesthetic.

Saw the dietician on Saturday and she was very helpful and lovely - as a skinny person she obviously had an understanding of what us food addicts go through and was caring and informative and not at all patronising.

Brilliant experience, just want to carry on shedding the weight, roll on first fill! I would highly recommend anyone to go with this group.

I couldn't complain about them at all, aftercare has been fantastic even after my package expired! I couldn't say a bad word about them

I was going to have it there but as I have a pacemaker they have transferred me to The Parkway in Solihull - still Mr Super and under the Hospital Group but this hospital has an ITU if my heart starts playing up x

I had my band fitted last year by Dr.Siggurdson @Dolan Park.I opted for the 'no frills' package- just paid for op, with no aftercare/fills included.

I was first into surgery the day of the op, thank goodness as I was very very sick (always have been with g.a).The weight has been steadily dropping off since, and I have to say that apart from being shifted from our rooms fairly quickly in the morning following the operation, I have no complaints.

I have had 3 fills in a local branch of THG and my band is now working very effectively.

I suppose with all things there are good and bad experiences, I am currently looking into boob jobs to sort out that bit of me following my weight loss, and i am considering THG for this, so I definately wasnt that put off!

im having my done at dolen park 14th Aug ,i think where ever you go there will be goof and bad storys i have been very pleasedf with them so far been calling them all the time asking questions and are so helpfull i have no worrys about them just what my body will done after ,
they were the first one i went to and was so pleased with them i booked all in a week happened very quick know i wanted it dome date was there so grabbed it

Hi I had my band fitted last thursday at Dolan Park. I have no complaints at all. Staff were friendly and professional. Havent had any aftercare yet but if its as good as my stay i,m not expecting any probs.

Mr Suggurdson did my op a man of few words but very nice
