If anyone is at home like I am today then there is a very interesting programme on Discovery Home & Health (Sky 254) following a woman who lost an incredible 30 stone and is now battling to remove 'yards' of loose skin. Programme repeats 4pm. There is a +1 hour channel so 3 chances to watch it today. No doubt it will be repeated in the future.
