Today is my 26th Birthday, even though I've lost 7 stone since December I can't believe this will be the last birthday i'm fat, that is better than any birthday present. This is one birthday I haven't had to put in a brave face when I see everyone. I'm fitter & I feel FAB. Even though the weather is miserable have a lovely day everyone Clo x x x
