Can't believe the difference 7 months and 6.5 stones lost has made.

On Thursday I ran a workshop for young people deciding what pathway to take after leaving school.

Before my op I would never have been able to do this.

My manager said I was capable of doing this, but sadly died very unexpectedly on Monday night, so didn't see me stood up in front of groups of young people and their parents. I hope he would have been proud of me.
