I for one didn't have anywhere near enough fluids for a long long time before I realised just how important taking in water was to benefit in weight loss. But then again I didn't really know which foods contained what to be honest... It was a case of if I fancied it,I'd eat it... and more. Have to say its been a real eye opener looking at the calorific content of the foods I'd eat. All part of the learning process I guess of getting to where I want to be. For me the whole process is like starting out at school and learning about which foods contain Protein,Carbs etc. Only this time I'll listen!
