I totally understand how u r feeling I have had a stall now for almost 14 weeks, thats why I am hoping this last fill will make some difference. I noticed u have got a 14 mil band in and filled too 7.5 , so its possible u may need another fill. I have now got 4.4 mils in a 7 mil band.........roll on next fri and see wot the outcome is . all the best emm xx
Oh Em it does seem a long hard slog for you. All you can do is keep trying and hope the weight moves soon. Are you getting loads of help from your team? I have to say my team have been exceelent - keeping in touch and helping when there are any problems. I would keep on to them as you do seem to be having a hard job

i got check up in early december, and im going to start to write a food diary and give it the nurse cos this is stupid, ive always struggled to get under 120kg and am stuck here.
Aww sweetheart its a horrible feeling but are you exercising?? Sometimes turning fat into muscle stalls the weight loss. Hope you get it kick started soon and stop being so tough on your self. You have done great with your weight loss so far, surely that in it self has to be worth it xx
You must feel so flipping frustrated. I'm sending some big hugs to you. I wish I had something more constructive to offer but I haven't. Are you actually eating enough do you think?

Thanks everyone, im always on the go one way or other, I dont do "exercise" but im like a blue bummed fly doing this, that and every sodding thing
I feel i am eating enough and when i do eat i feel "full up" im not bringing anything back up now, (unless m a pig and cram it in- Yes we all hava odd pig attack) but then i get told off and head to the toilet.
Maybe im not drinking enough could that slow the process down? Ive just had lunch and i had 2 small bits of bacon and a egg and now im satisfied and full.
My friend who ive not seen for 6-8 weeks but had coffee with today was like WOW look at you! But im like what are you wowing about.
Do you think im not mentally catching up with my weight loss and i reply upon the scales too much to tell me im doing well? (its ok you can say i wont bite your head off ive just eaten )
I do think we rely on the scales too much. Last week I kept thinking I had lost weight because my clothes felt looser on me but when I got weighed I hadnt, I was gutted! But by the end of the week I had lost weight, so I should have just relied on how I felt and s*d the scales! It does take the brain longer to catch up with the body too, loads of people say they still feel like they did when they were bigger XX

I don't rely on scales either any more... we are made up of so much fluid they can vary and I've got my Christmas Outfit hanging on the outside of my wardrobe... it's a little tight... but I'll be squeezing into this by Christmas... I know I'll do it and I set my target sometimes by items of clothes rather than scales.. and it can work...honestly.
