well at the weekend i was thinking im not doig as good as i could be, but it turns out i have lost 1lb so thats a total of 5lbs down.... yippy!!

I wish all the best for your op Carre. I know what you mean about being excited and scared at the same time.

I am having the balloon fitted on the 27th, but under a general anesthetic and I am excited and scared too.
