You should do what makes you feel 'comfortable'. Lots of folk still attend different slimming clubs, and swear by them. Good luck with your weight loss! X
There have been banders who have done swimming world etc after they've had their band fitted, they have found that the meetings and support and having guidelines to work with has helped them.
I say, go with what works for you, you can always try it, but also work with the guidelines the provider has given you. If it is having weigh ins etc often your provider will do those regularly to help keep you on track - but go for it, if its right for you
I think the best path is the one that works for you - WW has worked for thousands of people and will be good at keeping you on track, as long as you are within the guidelines issued by your provider I say go for it!!
Yes I would tell as I don't think it would be fair to other group members. When I went to sw somebody in the group had had a bypass the leader knew but let new joiners think she had lost 8 stone with sw x
