This is the new workout DVD from the Biggest Loser trainer Jillian Michaels. If you want a workout in less than 30 minutes ladies and gents you just have to try this. I have found muscles in places I never knew existed.
Still trying to find my abs tho 

I have only tried the easy stuff - heck not sure about moving up a level - it may kill me . . . but I can tell you this for sure there would be no stalls on the wl front if you have a little go at this every day!!
