This morning balloon!

On this morning a moment ago they mentioned a new type gastric balloon. From the states. A capsule one swallows that expands in the tummy. Think they said it is removed by endoscopy though. Amazing !!!!

I saw that in the news. Trouble is they remove it eventually and I know I'd gain again afterwards!

Yeah, you can swallow up to three of them. I looked into it but felt like having the weight of the balloon would help me feeling full along with taking up the space in my stomach.
