how come when i click on the ticker page it asks me for a username & password then tells me it is invalid ??? i havn;t used the page before so how is it invalid , any ideas ?

i tried to do a ticker it gave me password etc but i never got the ticker it's not the same password as you use on here it gives you one to write down . Sorry if you already know this x
