Tightness under ribs

Hi everyone I'm feeling more positive today, thanks for all your support.

I have a sort of tightness under my ribs it feels a bit like I have too tight a bra on, or when you are heavily pregnant and baby moves! I also after drinking have the tightness and then a sort of vibrating feeling. I'm worried I'm leaking

Has anyone else had this?

I've not had a band I'm a sleever but I have that and it's wind. Try some hot peppermint you can get it from the chemist

I see you are a bypasser, I am not sure about the tightness feeling it could be the bruising after the op. The vibration feeling is your new plumbing, liquids sort of reverberate around the pipes and you get all sorts of noisy bubbling vibrating feelings. I still get it now, but I am used to it and it doesn't worry me.

Don't worry too much you do get a tightening feeling if you drink too fast or too much the same with eating, if you get to that you know you have to stop, the trick you will learn as you go on this journey is to stop before that happens, but your wounds will still be sore inside to plenty water helps keeps the wounds inside clean and the protein you eat promotes the healing. We all get those noises mune is worst on a night when I go to bed, it gurgles for ages sometimes i can hear it like a squirting sound and feel it too, reminds me of how the geart works pumping blood. xx You'll be fine just give yourself time, if you find the pain is there al ot of the time and doesnt go away just get it checked out xx

I think if you are sipping and not gulping you will be fine, I never really noticed the rate I was drinking at. I have just had a glass of milk with my tablets and I have bee able to drink the whole glass in 10 minutes, so things get better as time goes on!!
