Tired and Cold

Concernibg the tiredness, you may want to take a good look at what you are eating, are actually eating enough? Sometimes post-op especially in the first 6 months don't eat enough. Also look at your protein in take (it is your main source of fuel) maybe it needs to be upped. I would be careful about upping your iron without discussing it with your doc. Maybe a B-12 test is in order, fatige is common when b-12 is low.
