Hello Ladies and Gents

Happy new year to you, I hope you had a merry xmas.

My question to you is, how do you know when your weight loss has stopped as opposed to a long stall?

Is there anyway that I could have stopped loosing and be mainitaining now - (I'm still pretty heavy)

Is it too early for my body to maintain? I remember reading that weight loss stops after 18 months.
I'm aware that weight loss sloooows after 6 months but is it possible that I'm maintaining at 9 1/2 months?

Please have a look at my stats and tell me what you think.

In all honesty from my own experience. I can lose weight still if i follow the rules of dense protein etc and a strict diet the same as a normal person.

However i can eat rubbish and make bad food choices and maintain or even gain...
