Today I must...

Big an Bouncy

New Member
1.Drink more fluid.
2.Chew my food more.
3.Eat more slowly.
4.Eat less carbs.
5.Get off my bum more.
6.Get to bed earlier.
7.Stop buying so much food.
8.Stop wasting food.
9.Stop buying smaller clothes till I get there.
10.Remember to do the above!
 
1. Wash my hair (dont want to wash it cos it keeps coming out!)
2. Make good food choices.
3. Eat tiny pices and chew well. (no rabid dog today please)
4. Try and drink more fluids.
5. Be nice to hubby when he gets home even if he has to work tomorrow (this wont be easy lol)
 
God Jac I wish mine still went to work!I could happily throttle him sometimes.We are together 24/7.Does not help hes a wind up merchant,it was cute and funny when he was 26,brown curly haired,blue eyes like Paul Newman and rippling with muscle!Now hes 62 balding and flabby.His excuse is I wore him out!Maz x
