13 stone 11lbs (start weight 17 stone 11 lbs) and have gone down show size. I can no longer sit on the step to put my shoes on because my bum is so bony that it hurts!

Thanks gang! I am still a bit worse or wear but I don't care about that right now, every time I think about it it just drags me down.

I my bespoke Keepsake Art and stationery were chosen to sell on Gift wrapped and Gorgeous today which was another highlight!! I need to dip my toe back into working and see how I go. My husband is doing everything and we really need the income that my business used to bring in.

I have to go back to see my team next week. They gave me a call and said I have several other deficiencies, despite me taking my vitamins twice a day. We'll see what happens but like I said, right now I don't care! :-D

Hi Apositive

Glad most of the rollercoaster is over and you're recovering. Been prescribed some really good medications for acid reflux (Domperidone and Metoclopramide) which have really helped. Hopefully will be posting regulalrly soon.
