A exercise bike from freecyle (freegle) :D

Ive had a few over the years and they have always turned into clothes horses for washing etc.

But this time im gonna do a hour in the morning while watching jezza Kyle :D

Bring on the multi tasking :D xx

Awesome Em! I know what you mean about the clothes draped over exercise machines...I think most people have done that with one or more bits of kit!!

I think your plan to watch a fave TV show whilst peddling away is really going to help you make it a habit.
Just 30 minutes a day , every day, will make a huge difference.
The trick is to be consistant. 10 minutes daily is much more effective than an hour a fortnight :)

Good luck honey :D

Lol, your post made me laugh as I am currently using my treadmill as a clothes dryer at the moment! That said, I am going to start with some very gentle walking for a couple a minutes a few times a day though, to help reduce the risk of DVTs xx

Thanks ladies, I think its been fab being unwell ( :D ) as you see the scales move (6.5lbs since monday) and its such a massive incentive since ive hardly lost any the last few mths, so im grabbing every thing i can get me hands on :D

am going to try some sit ups too each day even if its just a few a day and increasing each day. xxxx

Awww Brilliant Em!

That's enthusiasm and it's a great idea... hope you are pleased and maybe you can cycle over here to me and we'll go around the Snowdonia mountains? Howz about it?

Love and hugs as always Em xxx

Well done Emm, i think you should give yourself a treat once a week for your hard work... Maybe buy a few stamps at Asda or Tesco and then treat yourself to something fabulous when you drop down a size thanks to all your hard work xxxx
