I am going to be a bit controvertial here. At one time or another your body is going to detoriate, there is no hiding from it, it is a fact of life. As you get older all those things sort of happen whether you lose weight or not.
You are best to love the person you are and try not to ponder on the skin you are in. It is only skin, inside that skin is a lovely person.
I know how you feel when you look in the mirror and there standing is someone whom you dont want to be, the best thing is not to look, just have a little glance.
Concentrate on your good points, write them down and tell yourself how wonderful you are. You should tell yourself something nice everyday.
Cheer up hun, its not the end of the world, I know it is disappointing but you can get over this and as the others say you have other thing to worry about at the mo like getting to goal. Then if you still feel this way, which I hope you dont, you can concentrate on that part.
