could someone please tell me how i get and add a tracker please. thanks kirst xx

Hun go to www.tickerfactory.com click on weight loss then sort out a tracker then at the end it will give u 3 diff codes to copy and paste.
Copy and paste the BB code
Come back on to our site, go to user CP and then click on Edit Signature and copy and paste the BB code,then just save the signature.
Hope this was not 2 confusing for u am not very good at giving instructions lol
That will give u ur tracker in ur signature xx
