Im trying to upload a profile pic.....i have cropped the pic to make it small enough to be accepted. The size is 49kb.....the info states something about 100pixels or 64kb and that hte pic has to be lower than this. My pic is the right size......can you help cos its getting really annoying and i dont know what to do
