Tummy pains posted in the wrong section beore

Just need a bit of help have been having terrible tummy pains have been told I now have a zinc deficiency and have the dose up to three times a day to capsules.... Has any one else experienced this ?

Hi, haven't had tummy pains but I have been taking solva-zinc 3 times a day since my op. Hope you soon feel better
