I've just started a post very similar to you,
I'm suffering with wind and it hurts,I tell you I can hear all the bubbles of air travelling about.
But I'm getting tummy pains and bloating,it eases if wind is passed but I've been asking people if they know of a good wind relief tab.
How long bypassed are you? I'm almost 4 mths.I'm hoping this isn't going to be a regular thing with tummy aches xx

its definitely not wind pain, I dont suffer much any more, in fact the pain comes on only immediately before I go to the loo...I'm wondering if I've got a bug, or ibs, but not sure why my restriction is so much more suddenly? Hope u find something to help, wind pain is the pits! Xxx
